Loyalty and Referral Policy

Royal Indraprastha Builders

Referral leads can be registered through the official channels of Royal Indraprastha Builders by either the Referrer or the Prospective Customer.

Referral benefits will be applicable only when the Customer confirms the Referrer as the original source of introduction to Royal Indraprastha Builders’ projects, and the same is verified and approved by the Company. Referral leads cannot be combined with other sources such as channel partners, direct enquiries, or digital campaigns.

At the time of enquiry or site visit, the lead source must be declared as “Referral” and should be consistently mentioned in all booking documents. Both the Referrer and Customer may be required to validate this through a source confirmation process.
In case of any discrepancy between prior enquiries and the declared referral source, the Company reserves the right to conduct a verification process. The Referrer may be asked to provide proof of prior communication. The final decision regarding eligibility for referral benefits will rest solely with Royal Indraprastha Builders.

Any alteration, overwriting, or tampering in submitted documents may lead to rejection of referral benefits. No referral claims will be entertained if the lead source is not declared at the time of initial enquiry or booking.

Eligibility Criteria

This program is applicable only to existing customers of Royal Indraprastha Builders who have completed their purchase and agreement formalities. Referral benefits are valid only for direct purchases made from Royal Indraprastha Builders and not applicable for resale or secondary market transactions. To qualify, the referred Customer must be a new lead and should not have interacted with the Company in the last 30 days prior to referral registration. All referral bookings are subject to approval, and the Company reserves the right to accept or reject any referral claim.

By participating, the Referrer agrees to receive updates, offers, and project-related communication from Royal Indraprastha Builders.

All communication will be sent to the registered contact details. The Company is not responsible for missed communication due to outdated information.

Legal & Jurisdiction

This program is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore. Participation in this program does not create a contractual relationship between the Company and the Referrer.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be conducted in English.
Rights of the Company Royal Indraprastha Builders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and interpretation of terms shall be final and binding.
