Previously known as Premier Properties the company was incorporated and came to be known as Royal Indraprastha Proptech LLP company. Sridhar Krishna
Co-founder and Managing Director
Sridhar is a highly experienced professional who has over 30 years of experience in construction and land development. His in-depth knowledge and expertise in property development has helped him handle various sensitive projects with great precision.
After completing his technical education in Structural Engineering, Sridhar worked with various reputed construction companies. He has so far designed structures for more than 1500 Commercial, Residential and Industrial buildings. This experience helped him recognize the need for residential properties across the city and he therefore started his own company Premier Properties in 2003.
Under his leadership and guidance, the company achieved great heights. He further joined hands with Dr. Athmanya Eshwar and Mr. Prabhakar to begin Royal Indraprastha Builders with an objective to expand his business and establish a corporate set up. He is also co-founder of Premier properties and Leeway Properties.
Dr. Athmanya Eshwar
Co-founder, Managing Director and CEO
Athmanya has strong willingness and ability to deal with ambiguity when there aren’t defined systems and processes in place and has clear understanding of the decisions that drive real estate investments. He has been recognized for ability to leverage strong project management skills, consistently exceed investors expectations and meet all project deadlines, budgets and specifications.
During the course of his experience, he has gained the trust and contacts of most acclaimed professionals in the field. He also has a great rapport with the Statutory Authorities. He keeps himself constantly updated on the changing building regulations of the state.
Prabhakar
Co-founder and Managing Director
Prabhakar is co-founder of Royal County Ventures and Premier Stone, has over 14 years of real estate development experience. He has been Branch Head and Asset manager at Reliance capital, HSBC Bank and HDFC bank. His expertise in asset management enabled him to venture into real estate development. Prabhakar holds a master’s degree in Economics.
Prabhakar has comprehensive experience in real estate project management from conception to completion including accountability for site acquisition zoning analysis and change, construction and financing to sales of properties.
He has significant experience in economic development, expense control, financial and market analysis that ensures profitable and successful development efforts. He has excelled in managing stakeholder communication and expectations.
