Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Specialist with strong experience in real estate CRM operations, sales process management, collections tracking, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should understand both:
- ✅ Business processes (Sales, CRM, Collections, Channel Partners, Site Visits)
- ✅ Technical configuration (Salesforce customization, automation, dashboards, reports)
This role will act as a bridge between Sales, CRM, Finance, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Functional Responsibilities
- Map complete real estate sales lifecycle in Salesforce:
- Lead → Follow-up → Site Visit → Booking → Agreement → Collections → Handover
- Manage inventory (Apartment/Villa units) in CRM
- Configure lead allocation rules (Direct + Channel Partners)
- Define sales stages and approval workflows
- Track payment schedules, demand letters, and receivables
- Manage cancellation & reallocation workflows
- Map complete real estate sales lifecycle in Salesforce:
- Technical Responsibilities
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts
- Create validation rules & automation (Flows / Process Builder)
- Build dashboards for:
- Leads vs Conversions
- Sales Performance
- Collection Tracking
- Outstanding Receivables
- Channel Partner Performance
- Integrate Excel data uploads & bulk updates
- Ensure data hygiene and duplication control
- Coordinate with external Salesforce developers if required
- Reporting & Management Dashboards
- Daily Sales Funnel Report
- Site Visit Conversion Report
- Booking vs Collection Tracker
- Inventory Status (Sold vs Available)
- Sales Executive Performance Report
- Project-wise Collection Summary
- Aging Analysis of Receivables
- Business Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current CRM usage
- Standardize sales & CRM workflows
- Improve lead response TAT
- Align CRM data with Finance collection records
- Train Sales & CRM teams on proper usage
Functional:
- Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate sales cycle
- Exposure to RERA compliance processes
- Knowledge of construction-linked payment plans
- Experience handling high-ticket transactions
Technical:
- Salesforce Administration
- Report & Dashboard Expertise
- Automation (Flows / Process Builder)
- Advanced Excel
- Basic Apex (Preferred)
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years in Real Estate CRM
- Strong analytical & process-driven mindset
- Ability to work closely with Sales Heads & Management
