Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to support the seamless execution of ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate will act as a central coordination point between internal departments, external vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely progress, documentation flow, and adherence to defined TATs.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a Builder / Real EstateCompany
  • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in coordinating construction project activities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on criticaldeliverables

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Projects, Procurement, Accounts, Legal, and CRM for project-related requirements
  • Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and contractors for documentation, approvals, and deliverables
  • Ensure all project-related documentation and assignments are completed within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Facilitate clarification of project-related requirements across departments to ensure the right execution plan is followed
  • Track and follow up on pending documents, approvals, drawings, and assignments related to ongoing and future projects
  • Act as a communication bridge between site teams and corporate office for smooth project execution
  • Assist in fine-tuning project coordination processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays
  • Maintain project MIS and update stakeholders on task status and coordination gaps
  • Escalate delays or bottlenecks to reporting authorities in a timely manner
